If calls are not appearing in your Activity Log, make sure that your recording device is properly set up and online. Remember that one recording device is required per phone.
Additionally, not all calls are scored, so it is possible that none of your recent calls have not yet been scored. Depending upon your StataPile plan, you have a certain number of scored call minutes included each month. For more scored minutes each month, consider updating your plan. If you have questions, feel free to contact StataPile at support@statapile.com.
Also, please note that it may take 24 hours for calls to appear in the system.
