Yes, one recording device per phone is required. However, recording devices are only used if you:
- Do not have a VOIP system or have a VOIP system that is not compatible with StataPile.
- Cannot send audio files and call log exports to StataPile. If you think you can, please contact StataPile at support@statapile.com to set this up.
To order a recording device and have it shipped to you, please select the "Order Recorders" button on the final step of the "Get Started" tab and fill out the resulting order form.
