1. StataPile's recording devices connect directly to the phone on your desk you would like to record. One device is required per phone.
2. Please note: Recording devices are used only if you:
- Do not have a VOIP system or have a VOIP system that is not compatible with StataPile.
- Cannot send audio files and call log exports to StataPile. If you think you can do this, please contact StataPile at support@statapile.com to set this up.
3. To order a recording device and have it shipped to you, please select the "Order Recorders" button on the final step of the "Get Started" tab and fill out the resulting order form.
4. Once you have received the device, select "Add Recorder" and complete the resulting form.
Please Note: The "Recording Volume Threshold" must be set to 15 points above the "Current Volume."
