How do I order more recording devices?

To order a recording device and have it shipped to you, please select the "Order Recorders" button on the final step of the "Get Started" tab and fill out the resulting order form. 

One recording device per phone is required.

Please Note: Recording devices are used only if you:

• Do not have a VOIP system or have a VOIP system that is not compatible with StataPile.
• Cannot send audio files and call log exports to StataPile. If you think you can do this, please contact StataPile at [e-mail] to set this up.
