Members with a certain level of access are able to listen to audio from unscored calls.
1. Select "Activity Log" from the left-side menu.
2. Choose"Unscored" calls.
3. Locate your desired call, and press "Score" under the "Action" category on the right-hand side of the screen.
Please Note: If you are not able to view Unscored calls, you may not have access to the audio for these calls.
