The Activity Log offers an itemized list of all recorded calls on your company's phone system.
It can be organized by a number of a different filters. Choose a filter such as "Activity Type" or "Employee" from the drop-down "Filter By" menu. You can add as many filters as you would like. You always remove filters after you select them. Also, remember that you must narrow down in a single filter enough times such that the "Add Filter" button appears. Once it appears, you can continue to narrow your filtered search further or apply the filter and search now.
Both scored and unscored calls are listed. Switch between scored and unscored using the buttons pointed out below.
Be sure to select your desired date range as well.
Please note that Activity Log items can be exported using the "Export" button in the upper right-hand corner.
