There are a number of benefits of the Assign Customer feature. You can add customers individually or from a list. An administrator has the ability to set up this function.
One benefit is that you can use this feature to disable procedures for certain customers.
Another benefit is that you can trace certain phone numbers and use the feature to track the success of marketing and advertising endeavors.
Remember that you can link multiple phone numbers to one customer.
