1. Select "Get Started" from the left-side menu.
2. Select "Customers," the sixth step in completing your company profile, from the horizontal bar menu towards the top of the page.
3. Select "Upload Customers from List."
4. Download the customer template by selecting "Download Template." Save the file to your desktop.
5. Open the template using Excel and add your customers' information that you wish to include. Valid values for "Customer Type" include: "Prospective Customer," "Current Customer," "Vendor," "Other," and <blank>. Make sure to update all fields correctly, then save the completed template as a .csv file.
6. Select "Choose File," and choose the completed template.
7. Select "Upload." If there are errors with the file, the application will prompt you to update the file and try again.
