Check to make sure that the "Recording Volume Threshold" for your recording device is set to 15 points above the "Current Volume." To do so:
1. Select "Get Started" from the left-side menu. Proceed to "Recording Devices," the eighth step in completing your company's profile.
2. Ensure that the "Recording Volume Threshold" for your recording device is set to 15 points above the "Current Volume." To change the threshold, press "Edit" and adjust the set number as needed.
It is also possible that one of your call recordings is cut off due to limited scoring minutes on your StataPile Plan. Upgrade your plan to receive more minutes of scored calls.
