Check to make sure that the "Recording Volume Threshold" for your recording device is set to 15 points above the "Current Volume." To do so:
1. Select "Get Started" from the left-side menu. Proceed to "Recording Devices," the eighth step in completing your company's profile.
2. Ensure that the "Recording Volume Threshold" for your recording device is set to 15 points above the "Current Volume." To change the threshold, press "Edit" and adjust the set number as needed.
If you are still unable to hear the audio, try rebooting your recording device by unplugging it and then plugging it back in.
Also, ensure that the volume is turned up on your computer and, if you are using them, headphones. If you have completed the above steps and still cannot hear the audio, but you can see that the audio is playing (because the seconds are ticking off), then you may have a computer issue.
If the words "nah nah" appear, then you need to update your browser (Safari, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) to the latest version.
If the problem persists, contact StataPile at support@statapile.com.
