How do I create an Activity Type Distribution report?

This report show you the percentage of calls by Activity Type.

1. Select "Activity Type Distribution" from "My Reports" on the left-side menu.

2. Select your desired date range. Adjust the time period as desired using the drop-down date menu at the top of the page. Choose one of the preset time periods or select "Custom Range" to select a unique range.

3. Select desired filters and sub-filters: Group, Sub-Group, Employee, Activity Type, Sub-Activity Type, and Inbound/Outbound.

4. The results will display the percentage breakdown for the Sub-Activity Types.

Example: Above we selected "Part Availability" as the Activity Type Filter. Part Availability's sub-types are "In-Stock Confirmed," "Not In-Stock," and "Not Found." Below you will see the breakdown for that selection.
