How do I create an Activity Trend report?

1. Select "Activity Trend" from "My Reports" on the left-side menu.

2. Choose desired filters: Date Range, Group Filter, Employee Filter, Activity Type Filter, Inbound/Outbound. Push "Update."

3. This displays the percentage of Activities received for the selected Activity Type Filter.

Example: The graph below shows the percentage of calls during which the part was purchased when In-Stock from 4/1/16 to 5/31/17. You can select how you would like the data displayed - by day, week, or month.
