When you receive an alert, you will be notified via e-mail.
To view and manipulate an alert in the portal:
1. Select "Alerts" from the left-side menu.
2. Switch between "Unresolved" and "Resolved" alerts as needed.
3. A listing of alerts will appear.
4. To change the status from "Unresolved" to "Pending Resolution," press "Unresolved" once. To change the status from "Pending Resolution" to "Resolved," press the button a second time. If you press it a third time, the status will loop back to "Unresolved."
5. Take advantage of the "Actions" features as needed.
