StataPile has built an artificial intelligence that can identify types of calls and whether or not employees are following procedure. The system is taught similarly to how you teach a person. For example, if you want to teach a child the difference between a dog and a wolf, you should show the child 100 photos of a wolf and 100 photos of a dog. Over time, the child will start to recognize the slight differences between the two animals. StataPile's artificial intelligence works according to this same method.
