To filter reports by either inbound or outbound activity, select your preference in the upper right-hand corner of any reports page.
You can also view inbound and outbound activity via the Activity Log.
1. Select "Activity Log" from the left-side menu.
2. Select "Call Direction" from the "Filter By" drop-down menu at the top of the page. Select "In" to view inbound calls or "Out" to view outbound calls. Remember that you can always apply multiple filters to the Activity Log.
