1. Select the "Get Started" tab on the left-side menu.
2. Select "Users," the second step in completing your company's profile, from the horizontal bar towards the top of the page.
3. Select "Add New Employee" for each employee you would like to add to the StataPile platform.
4. Input the employee's attributes in the resulting popup.
5. In the "Email Subscriptions" section, select which reporting and administrative emails you would like this employee to receive from StataPile.
6. After selecting "Save Changes," update the "Direct Reports" section to identify that employee's direct reports.
7. After selecting "Save Changes," update the "Groups for Activity Summary" section to identify where in your organization the employee resides.
8. Use the "Edit" link to edit a user's attributes. If desired, use the "Delete" button to remove the employee's access to the platform.
9. Use the "Invite" link to send an e-mail to an inactive employee. The e-mail will indicate that the employee should sign-up for StataPile under your account.
