1. Select "Get Started" from the left-hand menu. Proceed to the "Extensions" tab, the third step in completing your company's profile.
2. Click the "Add Phone System" button.
3. Complete the resulting form.
- In the "Phone System" field, please use the drop-down menu to select your phone system provider. Please Note: If your phone system is not listed, please contact StataPile at support@statapile.com. We will most likely be able to accommodate.
- In the "Admin Phone Number" field, input your phone system account's main account phone number or user ID.
- In the "Account Password" field, input your phone system account's main password.
4. After completing the phone system credentials form, select "Get Extensions." If the previously entered credentials are correct, the extensions will be listed on the screen. If the extensions do not populate (for a listed phone system provider such as RingCentral), please contact StataPile at info@statapile.com.
5. In the "Transcription Minutes" text field, update the number of minutes per day you would like transcribed for each extension.
6. If you would like to set up alerts, select the employee in the "Assigned User" field who you would like to receive an e-mail when an alert occurs on that extension.
7. If only one employee uses this extension, you may elect always to tag that specific employee to all calls that occur on this extension. To do so, add the employee in the "Extension User" field.
8. Use the "Company Org Structure" drop-down menu to tie an extension to the company organization structure.
9. If you would like to delete an extension and prevent calls using that extension from inclusion in StataPile, click the "Delete Extension" button for the relevant extension number.
