Use the "Procedure Coaching" feature to coach employees on procedures on which they could improve. If an employee is having troubles remembering one procedure, Coaching helps to keep the user focused on completing this procedure.
1. Select "Coaching" from the left-side menu.
2. To view already established areas of focus for a particular user, see the "Areas of Focus by User" section. Use the drop-down menu to select a user's name.
3. To create a new area of focus, select a "User" and "Procedure" from the drop-down menus. If desired, filter procedures by activity type. Once finished, select "Add" to institute the new area of focus.
