1. Select "Volume Trends" from "My Reports" on the left-side menu.
2. Select your desired date range. Adjust the time period as desired using the drop-down date menu at the top of the page. Choose one of the preset time periods or select "Custom Range" to select a unique range.
3. Select Filter: Group, Activity Type, or Employee and select "Update."
4. Select Day, Week, or Month and your data points will change based on your selections. The report will show you how many phone calls occurred for the filters you selected.
Please Note: If you are not analyzing all of your calls, the numbers will be lower than the actual call volume for the selected Activity Type.
