This report displays the group or employee's Score Card Average, as well as the percentage of time that each procedure is followed and related trends.
1. Select "Score Card Summary" from "My Reports" on the left-side menu.
2. Select your desired date range. Adjust the time period as desired using the drop-down date menu at the top of the page. Choose one of the preset time periods or select "Custom Range" to select a unique range.
3. Select your desired filters and sub-filters: Group, Sub-Group, Employee, Activity Type, Sub-Activity Type, and Inbound/Outbound.
Example: Above we selected "Branch" as the Group Filter, "Cleburne" as the Sub-Group Filter (Branch), "Aggregate Employees" as the Employee Filter, and "Parts" as the Activity Type Filter. The resulting report indicates the "Parts" calls performance of all Cleburne employees who answered such calls.
