1. Select "Settings" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Use the drop-down "Redaction Level" menu to select the level of transcription/redaction you want for your company.
If you select "Transcribe calls with redaction," then the system will remove sensitive information (such as Social Security Numbers, drivers' license numbers, and credit card information) while transcribing.
If you select "Transcribe calls with no redaction of sensitive information," then calls will be transcribed without the removal of information like Social Security Numbers, drivers' license numbers, and credit card information.
If you select "Skip call transcription with no redaction of sensitive information and no auto categorization," then no transcription or redaction of calls will occur. The system will simply bring in call recordings. If you select this option if you turn off Auto Procedure Scoring.
